What do we do?

We provide support services to management. Our primary areas of experience are as follows:

• project management, including funding acquisition, project scoping and definition, scheduling, delivery and follow-up
• contract management, including the preparation of technical, functional and business process specifications, the preparation, issuance, analysis, recommendations for requests for proposals and the subsequent negotiation, contract award and management of the contractors
• management of institutional change, including the design and implementation of public-private partnerships, leveraging existing capacity through contracting out and implementation of systems that address today’s standards for transparency and accountability
• information technology, including all aspects of information management as it pertains to GIS and GIS applications
• land information management systems, including all areas pertaining to both moveable (personal property) and immoveable property (real property)
