The art of facilitating has been defined as "helping people in groups help themselves". Water Mark has experience working within organizations to help them identify issues, define solutions and scope projects. We have also worked with different professional organizations that are jointly tasked to manage a problem or process and are having difficulty agreeing on the process and ‘rules’ to proceed. Facilitating requires the ability to listen to what an individual, groups and organizations are saying and translating the words into actions that are acceptable to everyone.
